Because they are crafted by hand and often made with natural materials like real pearls or custom-selected beads, small variations in color, shape, and texture naturally occur.

Yes! Each MILLIE MADNESS piece is carefully finished by hand to make sure it meets our quality standards before shipping.
This depends on the item. At MILLIE MADNESS we stand for durable, long-lasting materials, and we’re always searching for the best quality - such as stainless steel and real pearls.
Our gold chains are made of 100% stainless steel, which means they are fully waterproof. You can shower, swim, or dance in the rain without worrying about discoloration or tarnish.
On the other hand, our pearls are 100% natural and real, and natural pearls require a little extra care. Pearls should not get wet, as water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals can weaken the silk thread they are strung on and dull the pearl’s natural shine over time. Moisture can also cause the thread to stretch or discolor.
Care Tips for Pearls
- Avoid showering, swimming, or exercising while wearing your pearl pieces.
- Keep away from perfume, lotions, hairspray, and other cosmetics.
- Store them flat in a soft pouch to protect the thread and surface.
Fine Silver & Gold-Plated Jewelry:
- Gold-plated pieces have a thin layer of gold over the base metal, which can fade over time with exposure to water, friction, or chemicals.
- Avoid showering, swimming, or applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray while wearing plated jewelry.
- Fine silver can tarnish naturally over time. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry place.
- Store plated and silver pieces separately to prevent scratches and rubbing against other jewelry.

Yes! MILLIE MADNESS jewelry is hypoallergenic. We work with high-quality materials such as stainless steel, natural pearls and real silver. Everything we use is comfortable for sensitive skin. Wear them all day without irritation!
To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend a little love and care - especially because many of our items are handmade and crafted with natural materials.
Pearls (natural & real)
- Avoid water, perfume, lotions, hairspray, and sweat; moisture can weaken the silk thread and dull the pearl’s natural shine.

Stainless Steel Chains

Resin & Beaded Items (charms)

Silver & Gold-Plated Items

Orders & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and package it with love. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location, but most packages arrive within:
- NL & BE: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the journey!
Yes! We ship MILLIE MADNESS worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your location, and the exact price will be shown at checkout.
Please note that MILLIE MADNESS reserves the right to adjust shipping fees if rules, laws, or carrier prices change. We always aim to provide fair and transparent shipping costs for our customers.
Yes - you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
For orders outside of the EU, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country. These costs are paid by the customer, so we recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
Orders within the EU usually do not incur additional customs fees.
First, check your tracking number to see where your package is. If it seems delayed or lost, contact us - we’ll help track it down and make sure your MILLIE MADNESS treasure finds its way to you.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you. Once it’s on its way, we can help with returns or exchanges instead.
Custom Jewelry
For Letter Necklaces:
Use our Necklace Builder to select your base chain and add the letters you want.
For Other Charm Customization:
You can add charms separately to your cart and attach them yourself. If you’re looking for a specific charm that isn’t on the website, don’t worry — our atelier has many more options that aren’t online yet.

Absolutely! You can order extra charms anytime and add them to your chain.
When ordering, please mention in the comments which chain you previously purchased. Some of our chunkier chains may require a larger clasp, as not every clasp fits the biggest chains. We’ll make sure your new charms fit perfectly!
Returns & Refunds
Personalized Jewelry:
Because these pieces are made just for you, personalized or customized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions are made if there is a fault with the product. In that case, please send an email with photos to info@milliemadness.com, and we’ll make it right.
General (Non-Personalized) Jewelry:
If your item hasn’t been customized, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, email us at info@milliemadness.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps - including where to send your jewelry back or how we can fix any issues.
Please note: items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.
