Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you absolutely love your Millie Madness jewelry!  But if something isn’t quite perfect, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Non-Personalized Items:

  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

  • Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Custom or Personalized Items:

  • These items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at info@milliemadness.com with your order number and photos.

  • We’ll make it right!

How to Return:

  • Contact us first at info@milliemadness.com to let us know you’d like to return your item.

  • Follow the instructions we provide to send it back safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and check it, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
