Non-Personalized Items:

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Custom or Personalized Items:

These items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items:

If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at info@milliemadness.com with your order number and photos.
