By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

They explain how we work, how we ship, and what to do if something isn’t quite perfect. We know this isn’t the most glamorous part of shopping for jewelry, but it keeps everything clear and fair for both of us.

2. PRODUCTS

All MILLIE MADNESS jewelry pieces are handmade with love. Because we use natural materials such as real pearls and gemstones, small variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will reflect the exact color of the product.

If something is unclear or you would like to see more details before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via the contact page or send us a message on Instagram (@milliemadnesss) - we’re always happy to help and can share extra photos or information.

Please note: The builder is meant as a visual preview. The final product’s placement may differ slightly from what you see on your screen and actual colors may be slightly different.

3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
Payments can be made through the available payment options at checkout (such as iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card).

4. SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We currently ship throughout Europe. If you live outside Europe, please contact us at info@milliemadness.com to arrange your order manually.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your MILLIE MADNESS jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

Be unworn and in their original packaging
Include proof of purchase
Be sent back within 30 days of receipt

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at info@milliemadness.com with photos and your order number.

6. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content on this website are owned by MILLIE MADNESS and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

8. LIABILITY

Our products are designed and made with care, but we are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

9. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law.
