Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
We currently ship throughout Europe. If you live outside Europe, please contact us at info@milliemadness.com to arrange your order manually.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your MILLIE MADNESS jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and in their original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

• Be sent back within 30 days of receipt

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at info@milliemadness.com with photos and your order number.
